Feel free to take tour earphones with you while running to make it more enjoyable. Be sure that after the morning or afternoon jog you will be more lively and ready to face whatever comes your way.

Yoga exercise involves rhythmical breaths, some body postures and simple meditations among others. All you need is a yoga mat and the yoga exercise attire (can be as simple as your pj’s) – don’t stress.  One of the recommended natural cures for depression is to take deep breaths and focus on the positive things in life. When it comes to dancing for the benefit of dealing with depression, it does not really matter if you have two left feet. Do you know what matters? The fact that you can actually move! You can find a dance class that plays your favorite songs or you can as well put the radio on and dance to the rhythm. Studies have shown that there is a connection between your mind and your body while dancing which results in relaxation.

When it comes to lifting weights, you need to start slow then gradually increase the number of kilograms that you lift with time. Often, you will find that after enough bodybuilding, your self-confidence increases meaning that you will be more confident with whom you are hence beating depression.
