My name is Susan Parker ;)
In the past I was leading so unhealthy life and my body started to fall apart. I used to get tired so often and easily, I was exhausted all the time. My arms and legs started to hurt. One day I got to the idea to start a sport or another activity. Then I took the decision to train every day. A simple workout that gave me the opportunity to enjoy a happy life, without pan and with a lot of energy!
I will update the website with new schedules and training programs periodically. By now there are two very successful ones, that you can try!
